Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from France within 24 to 48 business hours. Mondial Relay pickup-point delivery costs €3.99 and becomes free from €30 in mainland France; home delivery is available across France and the European Union. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to change your mind on any unopened product — opened cosmetics cannot be returned, for obvious hygiene reasons.
